Saturday night, Kevin and I were able to get away and go to a wedding shower for a friend of mine in Thomaston. My parents kept the girls and it was such a good feeling to get out for a little while and catch up with old friends. Not to mention introduce Kevin to people I grew up with so that he can put faces to all the names. Even though I love motherhood, it's nice to have a break once in a while...it makes you feel young again! :)
